WHAT AGES DO YOU WORK WITH?

We generally work with individuals who are 18 years and older. Services for adolescents ages 13-17 are provided on a limited, case-by-case basis. If you are seeking services for an adolescent in that age range, please reach out to us for a quick consultation.

WHAT TREATMENT APPROACHES DO YOU USE?

We have each been trained in a variety of evidence-based treatments. We use integrative approaches based on each client's individual needs. Some of the approaches that we use are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH OR VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS?

We do offer telehealth. We use a HIPAA compliant platform for telehealth sessions. Clients who have a telehealth appountment will receive a link via email 24 hours prior to their appointment.

Telehealth allows us to offer therapy services to clients across the state of South Carolina, not solely in the Charleston area.

Question 5

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Wellness Blooms Therapy does not accept insurance and only accept self-pay at the time of service. We do provide a superbill, by request, that includes necessary information for your insurance company to use to reimburse for the out-of-network services.  The client is responsible for submitting superbills to their insurance company.  We recommend that you reach out to your insurance company prior to starting therapy to determine your out-of-network benefits for behavioral health services. Wellness Blooms Therapy does not guarantee insurance reimbursement.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do ask that you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours until the session, we reserve the right to charge the full session fee. This policy is in place to ensure that we are able to fairly meet the scheduling needs of all clients.
